Sarah Krieger

Hey there! My name is Sarah, and I'm thrilled to embark on this fitness journey with you!

 

My passion for fitness started at a young age while participating in multiple team sports. In college I fell in love with adventure sports and the outdoors, however; a major accident in my 20's left me with severe injuries and several years of physical therapy. That experience forced me to rethink my training approach and sparked a deeper dedication to intentional training. Now, as a certified personal trainer with a degree in kinesiology, my mission is to help others feel confident in their recreation and daily lives. I understand firsthand the importance of functional fitness to overcome obstacles and achieve peak performance.

 

My approach to fitness is all about empowerment. I believe that everyone deserves to feel strong, confident, and capable of conquering life's adventures, whether that means hitting the trails on the weekend or squeezing a workout into a busy schedule. My personalized training programs are designed to fit seamlessly into your lifestyle, offering flexibility and convenience without sacrificing effectiveness.

Fun Facts About Me

- My husband and I lived out of an SUV for ten months, driving from Canada to Costa Rica. We surfed remote point breaks, hiked volcanos, and ate our way through an adventure I'll cherish forever.

- I'm a firm believer in the power of mindfulness and meditation and I incorporate these practices into my daily routines.

​

- Though I love all white water adventures, my favorite place to be in the summer is the front of our two person inflatable kayak with my husband.
